Summary of Required Credits:

NJ Real Estate Licensees (Salesperson or Broker) need 12 hours of Continuing Education credit by June 30, 2013 in order to renew their license. Of the 12 hours, at least 6 hours must be in "Core" topics including at least 2 hours in "Ethics." The remaining 6 hours can be in "Elective" courses. *NOTE* Licensees can have more than 2 hours in Ethics and more than 6 hours in Core - those are the minimums. However, licensees may NOT have more than 6 hours in Electives.  IF YOU DO NOT COMPLETE YOUR CE BY APRIL 30th, THERE IS A $200 PROCESSING FEE IMPOSED BY THE STATE. 

PA Licensees (Salesperson or Broker) need 14 hours of Continuing Education credit by May 31, 2014 in order to renew their license at that time. Except for new licensees at their first renewal, licensees may take any approved course to fulfill the required 14 credit hours (there are no category stipulations at this time except for a licensee's first renewal).

TO REGISTER ONLINE: Click on the "Enroll Online" tab at top of this page and follow instructions to register as a User of this site (registering as a User is FREE of course). You can then return to our site, login as a User, click on the "Enroll Now" tab and you will be able to access the Course Catalog via the left side bar.
