75-Hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course
Successful completion of the 75-hour Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Course with THE Real Estate School LLC qualifies you to sit for the NJ and/ or PA State Licensing Exam AND provides 5 credits at Camden County College, so long as you comply with the requirements described below. These credits may be transferable to other colleges and universities. Please check with your advisor at your home college/university. Transcripts can be obtained directly from Camden County College.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: To avoid delays in your eligibility to sit for the State Licensing Exam, you must complete this Pre-Req Forms in full ASAP. Please verify your LEGAL name below. When you sit for the state exam you will need to present (1) form of identification. This I.D. must be government issued and current with your name, signature, & photograph. The first and last name on your I.D. must match the first and last name you provide to THE Real Estate School LLC.*

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I understand that the following are the requirements to obtain course credits with Camden County College:
- All Pre-Req Forms must be completed, signed, and submitted no later than 14 days after the start date of my course.
- I must obtain a passing score on the classroom exam(s) and meet the attendance requirement for successful completion of the course within 30 days of the last day of my course. This includes “making up” any required attendance and/or “retaking” the classroom exam(s).
- Failure to complete either of the above forfeits any course credits I may have earned with CCC.
